" Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms (you feel like in a castle!). I was able to sleep very well, super comfy beds and blackout drapes. Loved the water pressure in the shower! The former and the latter allow for proper rest after long walks or tours. The nice patio in the entrance is great for relaxing and sitting. Hotel is 5 min walking distance from the center of town, very convenient! This seems like a great romantic place for couples. Would definitely stay again! "
" We've booked this hotel for our trip to cappadocia in may. The hotel's location is almost in the middle of the every cappadocian visiting locations, we could go at 20 minutes to anywhere with our car at max. The hotel is also next to the city center of goreme so you have enjoy some wine with your friends at night and return to your room by foot. I also must say that the breakfast was exceptional, they were freshly made next to us, and the breakfast saloon had a nice view of cappadocia. "

They go out of their way to ensure that you have a beautiful and clean experience. The owner and his wife ensured personally that we were well taken care of. The staff is the best we have encountered in this trip to Turkey. The breakfast spread was too good and extensive. The rooms are like staying in a cave and still has all the modern facilities you would expect from a great hotel. And the views were breath taking, when we saw hundreds of hot air balloon from our room window and the café. 5 star rating is less for this place. "

" My experience with Safran was perfect, from the moment that I booked the reservation from my check out. The crew are amazing, all of them are absolutely polite, helpful and nice. I booked a double room for 2 night, the room is super large, very clean, completely silent and beds & pillows are very comfy. But my favourite part was the shower - oh my God, the best part of my travel. The breakfast is good and has variety. I booked the airport transfer, the red tour and green tour with the hotel and the prices are fair and all the services were very good. I booked the Hot Air Ballon tour with the hotel as well, but unfortunately it was cancelled due to weather condintion. "

" The hotel was great. The city Göreme was really like city from fairytale. Farida who works in the hotel helped us a lot. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was marvellous. The people who own the house were great. They also made sandwiches when were travelling that morning. So I highly recommend this hotel "
