Your home in Cappadocia

Safran Cave Hotel is a restored and renovated cave hotel in the center of Goreme. It is run by the family. The hotel has an authentic garden full of flowers and breakfast is served on the covered terrace and is used for watching balloons.

Our rooms has a cupboard, minibar, television, free WIFI, kettle, tea and coffee varieties, guest amenities, desk. All rooms are furnished with Cappadocian-style furniture and have a private bathroom. The king suite room has a hot tub. Bicycle and car rental, hot air balloon tour, ATV tour, regional tours, horse riding opportunities are available in the town where the hotel is located. An airport shuttle service can also be arranged.

Safran Cave Hotel is a 2-minute walk from Göreme's restaurants, shopping streets and the main bus station. You can also walk to the open air museum in 20 minutes.

Great Cozy Hotel - Cave-like experience !

" Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms (you feel like in a castle!). I was able to sleep very well, super comfy beds and blackout drapes. Loved the water pressure in the shower! The former and the latter allow for proper rest after long walks or tours. The nice patio in the entrance is great for relaxing and sitting. Hotel is 5 min walking distance from the center of town, very convenient! This seems like a great romantic place for couples. Would definitely stay again! "

Nice location, perfect breakfast

" We've booked this hotel for our trip to cappadocia in may. The hotel's location is almost in the middle of the every cappadocian visiting locations, we could go at 20 minutes to anywhere with our car at max. The hotel is also next to the city center of goreme so you have enjoy some wine with your friends at night and return to your room by foot. I also must say that the breakfast was exceptional, they were freshly made next to us, and the breakfast saloon had a nice view of cappadocia. "

An awesome experience and location

" This place has one of the best views and the service is heart touching ????. The people are friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a beautiful and clean experience. The owner and his wife ensured personally that we were well taken care of. The staff is the best we have encountered in this trip to Turkey. The breakfast spread was too good and extensive. The rooms are like staying in a cave and still has all the modern facilities you would expect from a great hotel. And the views were breath taking, when we saw hundreds of hot air balloon from our room window and the café. 5 star rating is less for this place. "

" perfectly located, close to all the action in terms of shops and eateries..family room was comfortable and the decor was aligned to the theme of caves..breakfast was very good and there were sufficient veg options. The staff were very helpful and helped booked the shuttles to and fro the airport. "

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

" My experience with Safran was perfect, from the moment that I booked the reservation from my check out. The crew are amazing, all of them are absolutely polite, helpful and nice. I booked a double room for 2 night, the room is super large, very clean, completely silent and beds & pillows are very comfy. But my favourite part was the shower - oh my God, the best part of my travel. The breakfast is good and has variety. I booked the airport transfer, the red tour and green tour with the hotel and the prices are fair and all the services were very good. I booked the Hot Air Ballon tour with the hotel as well, but unfortunately it was cancelled due to weather condintion. "
